Project-based learning (PBL) is commonplace in design education, with a focus on creating meaningful learning experiences that provide graduates with first hand real world experience. Over the years and across courses, PBL often results on an intractable network of collaborations.
This chapter shares an online canvas designed to facilitate visual conversations with course teams and generate a comprehensive overview of the activities that underpin and the wider benefits of PBL. The main enquiry is into: How might service design approaches support strategic planning of project-based learning to support educators and enhance student experience?
